About
Chartered in 2023, rooted in a century of service
The Royal Heritage Affinity Chapter was chartered under the Tennessee State University National Alumni Association to give Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. alumnae a dedicated home for supporting the university and one another.
Our Mission
Alumnae power, directed at TSU
We exist to mobilize the resources, expertise, and love of Sigma Gamma Rho women who attended Tennessee State University. Our members fund scholarships, underwrite a permanent campus monument, and sustain The Legacy Fund for the chapter's long-term work.
Membership is open to members of the sorority who attended TSU, and every TSU graduate who is a member is welcome to give and serve alongside us.
What We Stand On
Our Values
Scholarship
We believe a degree from Tennessee State University changes families for generations, and we fund it.
Service
Sigma Gamma Rho was founded on service. Our chapter carries that charge into Nashville each year.
Sisterhood
Royal Heritage is where TSU alumnae find one another again, across decades and across the country.
Legacy
What we build now — monument, endowment, and record — must outlast every one of us.
